I’m really tired from being on my feet a lot today, so this will be a very short post.
Today was day 3 of 17 before my surgery. 14 more to go! I met all of my daily goals:
- Log my food in the Noom app
- Eat a “green” food at each meal
- Walk at least 5000 steps
- Peddle on my Cubii for at least 30 minutes
- Read the Noom lesson of the day
- Write a blog post
I decided against going for the walk with my Meetup group this morning because my knee was very painful. I did make time to watch church online. Maybe in a future post, I’ll explain why this was so meaningful to me.
I did some meal prep. I made breakfast sandwiches, and I also made meatloaf. I didn’t taste the sandwiches, but we have some of the meatloaf for dinner – it turned out great!
