I decided to try one of the cocktail recipes for Valentine’s Day. “Dizzying Intellect” is based on The Battle of Wits between Westley and Vizzini. It is a mixture of dry prosecco, Aperol, and sparkling water and is garnished with an orange slice.
Although not bad, I think it looks better than it tastes. We will give it a rating of seven. The accompanying cookies, being so incredibly sweet, might have not been the best pairing (too much of a contrast between sweetness and tartness).
