I’ve been thinking about trying the GOLO weight loss program for a while now. The ads on TV say that it works. I decided to give it a try, and day #1 was Sunday, March 5, 2023.
Here’s what I ate:
Making three new recipes on one day was exhausting. The good news is that there are a lot of leftovers and I won’t have to cook so much the rest of the week. I’m following the GOLO Reset 7 Vol. 3 meal plan. I think it will be easier next week when I can mix and match my proteins, carbs, etc. The star of the show was the Spice Fish Stew. I will definitely be making that again.
