I chose this recipe because I needed something simple to make to go with some baked chicken breasts. After dealing with the pocket pies last weekend, I needed a little break. I am a fan of brussels sprouts, and I’ve prepared them a number of ways. This recipe is the only one that includes brown sugar. They became nice and caramelized with the sugar, with a few burnt pieces. Jimmy rated these as a nine, and I have to agree. Tasty!
