Let me preface my description by saying that I’m not a big fan of eggs. This recipe calls for a dozen eggs! It also contains bacon, tomatoes, spinach and cheese. Basically a frittata, it turned out fine.
I’m using a new oven, and this is the first time I’ve used the broiler. I chose the high setting, but the eggs did not set up before the edges got really brown. If I make this again, I will use the low setting. I will also try to spice it up a little as it tasted a little bland. Jimmy liked this more than me, but he agreed that it could use a little “something” extra. We rated this a seven.
