A smoothie and hard-boiled egg for breakfast, leftover chili for lunch, and “Superfuel” for dinner.
The smoothie was okay. I’m not a fan of hard-boiled eggs but I ate it anyway. I will have to find a way to jazz it. I do like deviled eggs and egg salad, so I’ll see if I can find GOLO-approved recipes for those.
We used up the chili for lunch, and it was good. At lunchtime, I started cutting up the vegetables for the superfuel. If I had not, it would be close to an hour of cooking — way too much for a weeknight. It was barely edible. We added soy sauce to improve the flavor. There are other GOLO superfuel recipes, and I will try another one next week.
